The Process:

Creative Spark start their process by asking the client questions about what they want to be designed. They dig and dig until they know everything that the client wants.

Then they create lots of ideas until they come with a good idea and they develop the idea until it becomes the final design for the client.

Creative Spark do their work in 4 stages:

1. The Dig

Their process starts off with the dig. It's all about them really getting to know the clients business so that they understand. They have a set of questions specifically designed to collect precisely the right information. This means they can generate an accurate brief, and start work on the clients project fully understanding the clients requirements.

2. Develop

This is where so much important work is done. Creative Spark use the brief and their understanding to work, and work, and work. They explore all the possibilities and generate ideas and then develop them into solutions. They use their work to look at the client's brief from different angles, to make sure they are providing the client with the right solution.

3. Discuss

The main part of Creative Spark's process is is the client. They have found that direct communication between the client and their designers is the best way to achieve results. So after they have developed their ideas Creative Spark encourage an open and honest discussion. They'll discuss all the design options with the client; the good points, the bad. And never duck the tough decisions. It may be that they go back to Step 2, but they mostly go straight on to Step 4.

4. Deliver

Once our discussions are complete we'll deliver your project, on time and on budget. If it's a print job, we have some great relationships with high quality printers who will ensure a perfect finish. If your project is digital, our web design specialists will test it thoroughly before launching online.
