Good Website

The good website I have chosen is http://www.mcfc.co.uk/ - The official website to Manchester City Football Club.

Manchester City Home Page

I think this a good website because the home page has a slide reel of the latest stories from the club, the latest match highlights and the latest behind the scenes videos, also they have a section that is on the website every day. It is a section on what the newspaper from that day, and it includes everything that related to Manchester City that is in the newspapers that day. It includes everything from transfer speculation to other stories related to Manchester City.

The tab across the top of the website includes many different pages for visitors to look at. This is good because different people use the website for different things, people use the website for information about the club so they use the 'Club' tab where they will find lots of information about the club.

Weavesilk!

For my Website design and My T-Shirt design i am going to use Light Trials and Light Graffiti. For the use on my website I was shown a website where you can create images that look similar to light trails. The website that I was shown was called Weavesilk.












On Weavesilk you can change the colour of the light trails, the colours you can choose from are Grey. Light Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange Pink and Purple. You can drag between two colours so that the light trail has 2 colours on it. The slider beneath where you choose the colours you can choose how many light trials are made when you draw, you can choose up to 6 six trails. Also you can decide wether to have Mirror on, and that mirrors what you draw on the opposite side of the page. The last option to choose from is the option to spiral to the centre, this is good if you want to make a spiral design.

I like using Weavesilk because it allows me to create original light trails for use as background images on my website. I like how it is simple to use and you can make really interesting images. Weavesilk is also good for make images that look like fire.

Making T-shirts!!

As part of the Fashion Website design project, I am doing it on T-Shirt design. I decide that I would make my own T-shirts so that I can photograph them for the website design.

First I bought a cheap T-Shirt from Primark. Then I made the picture that I wanted as a design for a T-Shirt on Photoshop

This is the design I used for the first T-Shirt.

Then we printed the design off onto A3 and used the heat press to transfer the image onto the T-Shirt.

I like making my own T-Shirts because it allows me to use primary images of people wearing my own T-Shirts. I am going to use my primary images of my friends modelling the T-Shirts that I made.

But after I washed the T-Shirt the print on the T-Shirt faded so the T-Shirt didn't work very well.
